Paul has more than 30 years of experience as a statistical and data science consultant. Collaborators who have benefitted from his expertise include the CDC, the Carter Center, the WHO, Japan’s National Institute of Infectious Diseases, the Republic of Georgia’s Center for Disease Control, India’s Ministry of Health and the Infectious Disease Center in Hong Kong. Paul holds a MS degree in Biostatistics from the University of Michigan and a Ph.D. in Statistics from University of Lincoln (UK). As a graduate professor, Paul won multiple teaching awards and has been invited to give lectures all around the globe.
